We want your essentials to feel right for your journey. If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

14-day returns

Return items in undamaged condition, complete with their accessories. Keep the original packaging where possible and pack the item securely for its journey back. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and function may reduce the refund to reflect any loss of value.

How to start a return

Email info@klentix.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your name, order number and the items you want to return. A reason is optional for a change-of-mind return. We will provide the return address and instructions. Do not send a parcel to an address on the shipping label without checking with us first.

After notifying us, send the goods back without unnecessary delay and within 14 days. Keep your proof of postage.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of return postage. Free worldwide shipping applies to the original delivery and does not include a prepaid return label. If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and cover any necessary return costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold a refund until the returned goods arrive or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us investigate. The 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit your rights for faulty or non-conforming goods.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and legal guarantees. Any legally permitted exception to withdrawal will be identified for the relevant product before purchase.
