These terms explain how shopping with KLENTIX works. Please read them alongside our Shipping, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies.
Products and orders
Product pages describe the available items, options and prices. Check the selected variation, size, compatibility and delivery address before placing your order. Images illustrate the product; colours may vary slightly between screens. An order confirmation acknowledges your purchase details. If an item cannot be supplied or an order contains an obvious pricing error, we will contact you to resolve it or refund the affected payment.
Prices and payment
The checkout shows the currency and order total before payment. Standard shipping is free worldwide. Payment options available for your order appear at checkout and are processed by the relevant payment provider. Do not send card details by email.
Delivery
Estimated delivery is 3–7 days for the United States and 4–11 days for the rest of the world. See our Shipping Policy for details. Estimates are not a guarantee of arrival before a particular trip.
Returns and refunds
You can notify us of a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for return conditions, postage and refund information. Mandatory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Using travel products
Follow the product instructions and check that an item suits your intended use. Airline baggage limits, battery transport rules and device compatibility vary; verify them with the relevant carrier or manufacturer before travelling. A product name does not guarantee acceptance on every airline.

For questions about an order, contact info@klentix.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. These terms do not restrict any mandatory consumer rights or the courts and consumer bodies you are entitled to use.
Policy updates
We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not remove rights attached to orders already placed. Last updated: 7 November 2026.
